The Murray Irrigators Support Group Is an information and technology based farming support group. Formed to bridge the gap and create productive partnerships between the farming community, industry, government and the private sector, i.e. alliances with corporations, foundations, individuals, government and non-government organisations.

MISG was invited to appear and give evidence to a Government inquiry into Australian Farmers and Climate Change by the House of Representatives Standing Committee on Primary Industries and Resources at a public hearing in Melbourne on the 3rd of September 2009.
